The take home product is approximately 440 pounds of beef.

A half beef is for the hungry household.  This portion feeds the busy  family for 6 month to a year.

The take home product is approximately 225 pounds of beef.

• 2 Filets
• 7 Ribeyes

A quarter beef is for the neophyte beef buyer, young family, or retirees. This portion is a great solution for families with limited freezer space or those who want a 3 - 6 month supply.  

 Take home product is approximately 110 pounds of beef.
