A half steer fits well in most deep freezers.

(a 7 cubic foot deep freezer hold a half of a steer - sometimes with room to spare depending on the steers size)

We have farms near Kansas City and Columbia.  We are currently building a small space to showcase our animals for our local clients.  

Standard processing is included with your beef purchase and custom processing is paid at processor

 The average for all cuts of beef is roughly equivalent to high quality hamburger at the grocery store.  

Our beef is full of flavor, juicy, and tender.  We believe the flavor is directly related to the diet of our free-ranging  animals.  

Each persons order is different based on size of animal and how they have it processed; for a quarter you will need 5 cubic feet of freezer space.

Here is an example of cuts based off a 1275 lb. Live weight steer (each persons order is different based on size of animal and how they have it processed, this give you an overview):

• 3 - 3lb. Chuck Roasts
•  1 - 3 lb. Arm Roast 
• 1/2 - 5 lb. Brisket
•  4 lb. Beef Ribs
•  8  - 1/4” Ribeye Steaks
•  2  - 1/4” Porterhouse Steaks 
• 4 - 3/4” T-bone Steaks
•  3 - 3/4” Sirloin Steaks
•  1 - Skirt Steak
•  1 - Flank Steak
•  1 - Sirloin Tip Roast or 4 Sirloin Tip Steaks 
• 15 - Cube Steaks 
• 1 - Rump Roast or 1 Pikes Peak Roast 
• 50 - 60 lbs. Ground Beef 

Here is an idea on quantities of beef, example of what you can get.  It will vary slightly depending on what cuts are chosen, actual weight of the steer, and if you have bone in or out of roasts, etc.

• 2 Briskets
• 9 T-Bones
• 8 Round Steaks
• 2 Ribs
• 61 lbs. Ground Beef  (2lb. Packages)

• 7 Ribeyes
