We would be considered organic. However, our cattle receive free choice grain the last 90 days before processing. The grain our cattle receive is free of any antibiotics, steroids, and hormones, however it is not certified as organic.
Our beef is primarily grown on our farms in Fulton and Odessa Missouri.
If an animal needs special care or extra attention we will bring them to our Wentzville location.
Standard processing is included.
Custom processing will be paid at the processor.

Our beef is raised how nature intended, on pasture with seasonal forages, antibiotic and hormone free.
Grain is fed ninety days before processing in order to develop beautiful marbling resulting in beef that is full of flavor, juicy, and tender. We believe the flavor is directly related to the diet of our free-ranging animals.
Here is an idea on quantities of beef, example of what you can get.
Final cuts will vary slightly depending on what cuts are chosen, actual weight of the steer, and if you have bone in or out of roasts, etc.
