About our Family and Farm

Are you tackling your family's busy schedule and still doing your best to put a natural, additive free, meal on the table?

We are too!

At White House Farms, health has always been a primary focus in our lives and we carry this into our farming practices.

How it Started

Troy and Wendy purchased their first home, a little white house, on a few acres in 2002. The little white house was the homestead of a much larger farm that had been parceled out over the past 100 years. Through substantial commitments of time and resources we were soon farming our place and leasing other parcels. Around that time our family faced a health issue that led us to look hard at the food we were eating. We started raising beef along side our own fruits and veggies in an effort to control what goes into our body.

The Farm Today

Fast forward twenty years we have grown our family, added a second farm, and expanded our herd! We are still a family run operation; believing in the same things we did when we started:

healthy land, healthy animals, healthy families.

We raise our beef naturally without any additives; perfect for stocking your freezer with meat you can feel good about. Whether you're buying by the pound, or by the side our goal is to give you the convenience and peace of mind we have when we open our own freezer.

About Our Herd

Our cattle are black angus featuring Circle A genetics. They graze rotationally   on a mix of seasonal forages. Our herd receives grain as a way to bring all the animals into one space for health checks.

The last 90 days before processing we offer our feeder cattle free choice grain - this creates a beautiful marbling through the beef with all the benefits of lean grass fed beef.

About our Crops

We raise our crops using regenerative practices such as no-till planting, diverse cover crops, and late termination. These methods build rich, living soil capable of producing strong, nutrient dense crops and forages - directly benefitting the health of our cattle.

Healthier, happier cows means better beef, raised similar to the way nature intended.

It's all connected - and it starts with the soil.
